I’m very happy with the procedures offered and the team at FAC AV & RSM and have gone this year to the AV location for an IPL Treatment and the RSM location for Botox & Juvederm. In AV, Jody at reception was kind and courteous and I can’t say enough about Sharon, dermatological specialist/physicians assistant extraordinaire (she’s very knowledgeable, puts you at ease, answers every question thoroughly and is someone you can trust as she isn’t pushing product but helps you to make an intelligent decision based on your needs, objectives and budget). I’m Very Happy With the Procedures and the Team at FAC

I’m very happy with the procedures offered and the team at FAC RSM & AV. I went to the RSM location for Botox & Juvederm. In RSM, Meghan at reception/patient check in was kind, courteous and a wealth of information on the procedures but never pushing any of the procedures or products.. I can’t say enough about Sharon, she is the dermatological specialist/physicians assistant extraordinaire (she’s very knowledgeable, puts you at ease, answers every question thoroughly and is someone you can trust as she isn’t pushing procedure or product but helps you to make an intelligent decision based on your needs, objectives and budget. I’d want her in the OR with me if I chose to take it to the next step). The facility is very clean, well decorated but not pretentious and comfortable. Everybody is Really Professional and Nice

Absolutely love this place. Would highly recommend for facials, Botox and other treatment. Only thing is they fill up their appointments extremely fast so you have to book months in advance. Although I don’t have a super flexible schedule so if you do maybe they can fit you in sooner. Everybody is really professional and nice and I love how they will be honest with you and not just tell you yes so they get your money. Many times they have told me I shouldn’t do certain things or I don’t need certain procedures. This is something I extremely appreciate. Mary is great for facials. K.S.
